Why do grooming clients no-show?
Three causes come up over and over: the appointment was booked 4 to 6 weeks out and the client simply forgot, there was no consequence the last time it happened, or they double-booked with another shop and kept whichever slot suited them. Reminders fix the first. A card on file with a real fee fixes the other two. The checklist covers both.
What is a normal no-show rate for a grooming salon?

How honest are these questions?
They are based on the operational pattern across the groomers I have interviewed and the chargeback data Stripe publishes.
